EMPLOYEE BENEFITS, OPTIONS AND PROGRAMS
All new employees are eligible for health insurance coverage ninety (90) days after their hire date. We also allow the employee to enroll in family plans for the employee and spouse, or the employee, spouse, and children, at an additional cost.
C3 has an Operator Qualification and Safety Coordinator that monitors our personnel to ensure they are qualified by the preferred OQ company (NCCER, VERIFORCE, etc) of our clients. We have several personnel listed on ISNetworld website, that have been trained, tested, and/or evaluated through our Operator Qualification program.
In addition, we are members of the US Compliance Systems program and continually update and provide our information to the US Compliance website.
C3 has a Safety Coordinator/ Operator Qualification Director that continually monitors, updates, and provides OSHA 300 data to the government entity as well as our clients. The Safety Coordinator ensures that we are in compliance with NCMS throughout our project sites all over the United States. Our lost time ratio and EMR are monitored and updated in order to ensure that we are among the highest proficiency safety programs in our industry.
ALCOHOL AND DRUG ABUSE PROGRAM
C3 is a member of the eScreen PHMSA Consortium for our drug and alcohol abuse program. The agent of this Consortium, located in Pampa, TX, provides our pre-employment, random, test for cause, and any other required drug and alcohol testing that are required by DOT and/or our clients. A complete Drug and Alcohol plan is available upon request from our office.
